Jet Travel Ski Tour Booking Conditions & Precautions
Validity period: 2023/9/15 to 2024/3/31
Please make sure to check and understand these terms before using our services.

•Cancellation Fees
Up to 21 days before the start date: Free
20 to 8 days before the start date: 20% of the tour price
7 to 2 days before the start date: 30% of the tour price
Day before the start date: 40% of the tour price
On the start date: 50% of the tour price
After the start date or no-show: 100% of the tour price
*For overnight and morning departure ski bus tours, cancellation is free up to 8 days before.

•Even with plans that include lessons, you must make a reservation. Please ensure to mention your lesson preferences when providing detailed & companion information. Conditions for participation in lessons are as follows: Snowboarding: junior high school students and older; Skiing: elementary school students and older, with elementary school students requiring accompaniment by a guardian.

•If you are unable to disembark at the specified location due to oversleeping or other reasons, we cannot be held responsible.

•Minimum participants: 20
*Final decision regarding the tour will be made 13 days before the departure date (3 days for overnight and morning return trips).

•The displayed seat availability is only indicative. If the seats are almost full, we may not be able to accommodate your booking. Thank you for understanding.

•Sending a reservation constitutes a formal application, but the travel contract is not established until you receive a formal reservation confirmation from our representative. If you don't receive a response within 24 hours of your booking, please contact us.

•For users with 'ezweb' or 'gmail' email addresses, our emails might land in your spam/junk folder or may not be received at all. If you don't receive our email, please let us know.

•For bookings made by minors, a consent form from the guardian is required.

•Tour Escorts
In principle, tour escorts will not accompany the group. However, depending on the tour, an accompanying staff might join.

•Interpreters
Usually, national or regional interpreter guides will not accompany the group.

•Delays
Due to accidents, snowfall, traffic congestion, or other unavoidable circumstances, there may be delays in departure or arrival. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to these delays.

•Depending on the tour plan, there are restrictions on the number of reservations, boarding places, and discounts. Please check accordingly.

•Rentals
Please specify the required rental items and choose the size (height, shoe size, clothing size).
If no size is specified, no arrangements will be made.
Please check our size chart for clothing. Some sizes may not be available based on inventory.
